Appointment Policy

At Design Me, we are constantly striving to provide the best possible service to our clients. To ensure the smooth functioning of our operations and to respect the valuable time of our providers and other clients, as a friendly reminder our appointment policies regarding scheduling, late cancels, no-shows, and reschedules are as follow:

All appointments require a credit card hold and valid card on file. 

Appointments scheduled with our NP require a $100 refundable deposit, and all appointments scheduled with our Esthetician require a $50 deposit.

• Late Cancels: We kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Depending on the service, cancellations made within this window may be subject to a $50-$100 fee.
• No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, depending on the service a $50-$100 fee will be applied. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise therefore we will extend a one (1) time curtesy only, so please communicate any issues at your earliest convenience.
• Reschedules: To facilitate efficient scheduling, we ask clients to notify us of any rescheduling requests at least 48 hours in advance before the appointment time.
